Please review the below criteria required to rent any of our apartments:
  • The apartment details which include the rental monthly values are outlined on the "Find your apartment page" so please do review the options available in advance, this will help us ensure we are able to accommodate your preferences and choices in line with your personal requirements.
  • Household annual income must be equal to and at least 2.66 the annual rent value
  • Where a guarantor is required, the guarantor's income must equal at least 4x the annual rent value and they will go through referencing checks.
  • We are unable to accept anyone with an adverse credit record or with outstanding CCJ's
  • Applicants must provide Right to Rent documentation during the referencing checks
  • All documentation must the provided to the referencing company within 3 days of making a reservation and having your reservation approved.
  • In the event of a successful application, your holding commitment will be offset against your first month’s rent as rental credit. To confirm the reservation, a payment of £400 will be due on the day of your application as a holding commitment, which will remove the selected property from the market for you.

*By continuing to apply for an apartment, you agree to the rental criteria above and understand that the holding commitment can be retained in full, if your contract is not signed 14 days prior to the tenancy start date or if you have given false or misleading information that leads to a declined reference.

The Coppermaker Game Terms & Conditions, September 2024

 
Competition Terms
  1. By participating in the competition advertised by Coppermaker Square which requires an individual to visit the Coppermaker Square website at https://coppermakersquare.com/game (“Website”) and play the game called [Main Character Renter] (“Game”)  which may enable you to be entered into the prize draw (“Competition”), you confirm that you accept and agree to these competition terms.
  2. The promoter of the Competition is Greystar Europe Holdings Limited (“Promotor”) on behalf of Cherry Park ResiCo Limited, with its registered office at The Gilbert, 40 Finsbury Square, London EC2A 1PX.
 
Eligibility to Enter
  1. The Competition is open to United Kingdom residents, aged 18 years or older only and are not open to any employees, agents, contractors, consultants of Promotor and/or URW, their immediate families, dependents or to other persons assisting or connected with the Competition.
  2. Participants must follow the instructions or satisfy any entry criteria stated on the Website to enter the Competition.
 
Competition
  1. The Competition will be split into three phases. Participants can enter the Competition by submitting their email address at the start of the Game and accomplishing all three (3) tasks within the Game within each phase. The completion of these three (3) tasks will automatically enter the participant in the Competition. Although the Game can be played as many times as the participant wishes without any limitation, a participant will only be entered into the Competition up to three (3) times per phase. Therefore there are three opportunities to win the Competition per participant. The three phases of the Competition will be held on the following dates:
    1. Phase 1: 5 September 2024 to 25 October 2024;
    2. Phase 2: 26 October 2024 to 14 December 2024; and
    3. Phase 3: 15 December 2024 to 18 January 2024.
  2. Each phase represents a chance to win the Competition. Please note that the maximum entries per participant for each phrase is limited to three (3).
  3. Entries received outside of the above timeframes will not be eligible.
  4. Promotor is not responsible or liable for entries not received for whatever reason, whether lost, delayed, misdirected, or due to equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind which results in delay or failure to enter you into the Competition. Entries which are incomplete, incorrect, incomprehensible will be void.
  5. It is recommended that participants have a minimum internet speed of [20mps] and the Promotor has no responsibility if participants cannot access the Website at any time for any reason.
  6. Unless otherwise stated, participants may only enter the Competition a maximum of three (3) times per phase. Entries over the maximum number of entries stated will be void and will not be entered into the Competition.
  7. All entries to the Competition become the property of Promotor and will not be returned to the participants.
 
Winners
  1. The winner(s) and any prize allocation will be drawn at random unless specified otherwise on the Website. The prize winner(s) will receive the prize that is advertised on the Website or randomly allocated through the draw and notified to the winner. Prizes available are:

  2. Promotor will endeavour to notify each of the prize winners. Prize winners will be notified by email, or phone. If the prize winner cannot be reached within five working days, we may redraw a new prize winner without liability to any person.
  3. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Promotor takes no responsibility for entries or prizes that are lost or destroyed.
  4. Unless otherwise stated, the prize must be collected from 1 Cherry Park Lane, Coppermaker Square, Stratford, E20 1NX by the date notified to the winner. No expenses incurred in connection with the Competition will be paid other than as set out on the Website.
  5. Accepting the prize constitutes the winner’s agreement to any terms and conditions that may apply to redeem that prize which shall be stated on the Website including any additional terms of featured or participating retailers.
  6. Accepting the prize constitutes a winner’s consent to be photographed and/or interviewed by Promotor and for Promotor to use his or her name, competition entry and/or photographs and interviews for the Competition or publicity purposes without compensation. This includes on the Promotor website, direct and social media channels.
  7. The decisions of Promotor on all matters relating to the Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Promotor reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry or winner’s right to redeem the prize in accordance with the terms of the Competition.
  8. Promotor reserves the right to amend or substitute a prize or part thereof with a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances or to amend these terms, Promotor may, in its absolute discretion, terminate, amend or temporarily suspend the Competition at any time without prior notice.
  9. To the extent permitted by law, Promotor excludes any liability it may have to you arising directly, or indirectly out of or in connection with this Competition. These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law.
  10. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any featured or participating retailers. Participants understand and agree that they are providing their information to Promotor only. By entering the Competition, each participant releases any featured or participating retailers from any action or claim arising out of the Competition. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this prize draw must be directed to Promotor.
Intellectual Property
  1. The Website, including all content, features, and functionality thereof, are owned by Promotor, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by English copyright, trademark, patent and other intellectual property laws.
  2. You are permitted to use the Website for your personal non-commercial use only. You must not copy, modify, create derivate works of, publicly display, perform, republish or transmit any of the material obtained through the Website or delete, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other property rights or notices from copies of materials from the Website.
  3. You must not reproduce, sell or exploit for any commercial purposes any part of the Website, access to the Website or any services or material available through the Website.
Liability
  1. You understand and you agree that we (including all, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees) will not be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any direct or indirect loss arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, your use of or inability to use the Website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Donation
  1. For each valid entry, Promotor will donate £1 to Furnishing Futures (charity no: 1196498) up to a maximum total donation of £5,000 by 31 December 2024.
 
How we use personal data
  1. By submitting an entry, participants are sending their personal information to Promotor who will use this personal data in accordance with data protection laws. Further information on how personal data is used, and data protection rights are explained in Coppermaker Square’s Privacy Notice, available at Privacy Notice – Coppermaker Square.   2. Where participants have consented to receiving marketing materials from Promotor, entrants understand that their personal data will be treated in accordance with the Promotor s privacy notice and data protection laws. Should participants have any queries or complaints in relation to a Promotor’s treatment of their personal data, the participant should refer that complaint directly to Promotor.
 
General Conditions
  1. Promotor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice.
  2. Promotor’s decision in all matters relating to the Competition if final and binding.
  3. These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
