Please review the below criteria required to rent any of our apartments:
  • The apartment details which include the rental monthly values are outlined on the "Find your apartment page" so please do review the options available in advance, this will help us ensure we are able to accommodate your preferences and choices in line with your personal requirements.
  • Household annual income must be equal to and at least 2.66 the annual rent value
  • Where a guarantor is required, the guarantor's income must equal at least 4x the annual rent value and they will go through referencing checks.
  • We are unable to accept anyone with an adverse credit record or with outstanding CCJ's
  • Applicants must provide Right to Rent documentation during the referencing checks
  • All documentation must the provided to the referencing company within 3 days of making a reservation and having your reservation approved.
  • In the event of a successful application, your holding commitment will be offset against your first month’s rent as rental credit. To confirm the reservation, a payment of £400 will be due on the day of your application as a holding commitment, which will remove the selected property from the market for you.

2024 Made at Coppermaker Square

A year at Coppermaker Square

We celebrate another year of growing our fabulous community here at Coppermaker Square, with a look back at 2024 in numbers.

Since the stroke of midnight on January 1, our dedicated on-site team and much-loved residents have been busy enjoying events, making friends and generally living life to the full at our rental apartments in Stratford, East London. And what a year it’s been!

Here are some of our best bits.

From live music and street food, to sound baths, arts and crafts and nature walks – not to mention our festive Christmas party – we have held 74 resident events … with more to come. We love a bit of healthy competition – be it a snooker tournament or the best decorated pumpkin – and have had 10 lucky winners.

We have hosted 23 mother and child play sessions, bringing together families to make friends and have fun. And our community is taking advantage of the perks available through the residents’ app, with 1,655 downloads counted.

Our residents are a talented bunch, with 2 residents’ brands launching right here in Coppermaker Square. We’re also proud to have star baker and Great British Bake Off finalist Sandro Farmhouse as part of our family. Sandro has baked an astounding 208 cakes in his kitchen since the start of the year, helping his fellow residents learn new skills at his baking workshops.

Our community is also doing their bit for East London’s sustainability. By taking part in our Traid clothes recycling scheme, we have saved 736 trees worth of CO2 emissions. That’s something to be proud of.

Our residents’ pets are an important part of the Coppermaker Square community, with 70 furred and feathered friends calling our Stratford apartments home. And we like to keep them preened and pampered too, with 1,465 pet washes logged in our premium doggy wash.

As our community grows – we welcomed 551 new households this year – so too has our reputation as a great place to live. We collected 287 reviews and 320 completed resident surveys, and gained 2,242 new Instagram followers. We even celebrated a first of its kind, by launching a specially-created Coppermaker Square game.

We’re not all about the big-ticket items though. We completed 4,363 maintenance requests, ensuring our residents are looked after every day. We are also committed to resident safety, monitoring 500 CCTV cameras 24/7 throughout Coppermaker Square all year.

Our leasing team handled 3,918 enquiries, conducted 1,104 tours on site and renewed 223 leases.  

And our good work is getting us noticed, with 2 award wins under our belt. We were thrilled to win Best Build to Rent Development and Best Interior Design at the Love to Rent awards. While 6 of our buildings achieved the WiredScore Platinum connectivity rating certificate with our superior WiFi.

These fantastic achievements are down to our unique and welcoming community of residents, who make Coppermaker Square a truly special place to live.
