Please review the below criteria required to rent any of our apartments:
  • The apartment details which include the rental monthly values are outlined on the "Find your apartment page" so please do review the options available in advance, this will help us ensure we are able to accommodate your preferences and choices in line with your personal requirements.
  • Household annual income must be equal to and at least 2.66 the annual rent value
  • Where a guarantor is required, the guarantor's income must equal at least 4x the annual rent value and they will go through referencing checks.
  • We are unable to accept anyone with an adverse credit record or with outstanding CCJ's
  • Applicants must provide Right to Rent documentation during the referencing checks
  • All documentation must the provided to the referencing company within 3 days of making a reservation and having your reservation approved.
  • In the event of a successful application, your holding commitment will be offset against your first month’s rent as rental credit. To confirm the reservation, a payment of £400 will be due on the day of your application as a holding commitment, which will remove the selected property from the market for you.

Meet Our Community Manager, Katia de Abreu

Tell us about yourself and your role at Coppermaker Square.

Hello! I’m Katia de Abreu, and I’ve been proudly serving as the Community Manager at Coppermaker Square for three years. My journey with Greystar has been incredibly rewarding, leading me to my current role where I manage the day-to-day operations of our vibrant community. Whether you’re a long-term resident or new to Coppermaker Square, I’m here to ensure your living experience is nothing short of exceptional. What activities do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

When I’m not at work, I dedicate my time to activities that boost my health and well-being. I love dancing, walking, practicing yoga, and meditating. I also enjoy listening to podcasts that inspire personal growth and wellness.

Given my passion for wellness, I’m especially excited about the range of health-focused activities we offer at Coppermaker Square. We host a variety of resident events, including sound healing, reiki sessions, and aromatherapy workshops, as well as a full schedule of live fitness classes like yoga, pilates, and cycling. All of these can be easily booked through our resident app, so you’re always just a click away from enhancing your well-being.

What do you love most about Coppermaker Square?

One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is witnessing the growth of our community alongside the development of Coppermaker Square. With five buildings now open, we have a wonderfully diverse mix of residents, including beloved pets who add an extra layer of joy to our community.

I also love that we celebrate different cultures here at Coppermaker Square. It’s enriching to see our community come together to appreciate and learn from each other’s traditions and backgrounds.

What are your recommendations for residents who are new to Coppermaker and the Stratford area?

For those new to the area or Coppermaker Square, you’re in for a treat! Our community hosts best-in-class events that not only foster connections and build community but also provide opportunities to learn new skills. We’ve hosted a diverse range of events, from sushi-making workshops and pottery classes to fitness challenges, all making the most of our exceptional amenity spaces. Looking ahead, we have some exciting events lined up that you won’t want to miss, including The Coppermaker Big Weekender, our grand summer event in the Square. Be sure to join our app to stay updated on all the upcoming activities and make the most of your time here.

I also highly recommend exploring Westfield Stratford City, located just a stone’s throw away, which includes over 300 stores, 65 restaurants and bars, and leisure facilities such as a cinema. What is your guilty pleasure?

I must confess, my guilty pleasure is indulging in skincare and makeup products. If you’re a fellow beauty enthusiast, you’ll be delighted to know that residents are only a few steps away from over 52 health & beauty retailers in Westfield Stratford City, including Sephora, Morphe, and Aesop.

We have partnered with The Body Shop for a holistic massage workshop coming up in July that I am particularly excited about. If pampering yourself is your guilty pleasure too, you won’t want to miss it!

Tell us something surprising about yourself.

A fun fact that might surprise you is that I used to dance competitively in my younger days. Dancing has always been a passion of mine and it continues to be a significant part of my life. It’s an activity that not only brings joy but also fosters discipline and creativity.
