Please review the below criteria required to rent any of our apartments:
  • The apartment details which include the rental monthly values are outlined on the "Find your apartment page" so please do review the options available in advance, this will help us ensure we are able to accommodate your preferences and choices in line with your personal requirements.
  • Household annual income must be equal to and at least 2.66 the annual rent value
  • Where a guarantor is required, the guarantor's income must equal at least 4x the annual rent value and they will go through referencing checks.
  • We are unable to accept anyone with an adverse credit record or with outstanding CCJ's
  • Applicants must provide Right to Rent documentation during the referencing checks
  • All documentation must the provided to the referencing company within 3 days of making a reservation and having your reservation approved.
  • In the event of a successful application, your holding commitment will be offset against your first month’s rent as rental credit. To confirm the reservation, a payment of £400 will be due on the day of your application as a holding commitment, which will remove the selected property from the market for you.

*By continuing to apply for an apartment, you agree to the rental criteria above and understand that the holding commitment can be retained in full, if your contract is not signed 14 days prior to the tenancy start date or if you have given false or misleading information that leads to a declined reference.

  1. The promoter of this competition is: London Communications Agency, on behalf of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (developers of Coppermaker Square). The promoter is registered office is at 8th Floor, Berkshire House, 168-173 High Holborn, London WC1V 7AA.
  2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  5. The competition will be hosted on @emmajanepalin Instagram page.
  6. The competition will open Friday 17th February 2023.
  7. The competition will close Monday 20th February 2023 at midnight. After this date no further entries into the competition will be permitted or considered.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. The rules of the competition and how to make a valid entry are as follows:

    2. The entrant must also follow @coppermakersquare Instagram account
  10. If the winner is not following the @coppermakersquare Instagram account, they will be disqualified.
  11. The prize pool is (1) one homewares prize pack valued at £504 which includes:

  12. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  13. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  14. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  15. Winner will be chosen on Tuesday 21st February 2023 at random, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
  16. The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram Tuesday 21st February 2023. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 
  17. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
  18. The promoter will cover any costs associated with posting the prize to the winner. If the winner decides to collect from an agreed upon collection point, the promoter is not responsible for any associated travel costs or liable for any injuries / incidents sustained as a result of travel.
  19. The promoter and the parties it represents are in no way liable for any injury caused by use / consumption of the prizes.
  20. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  21. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  22. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
