Please review the below criteria required to rent any of our apartments:
  • The apartment details which include the rental monthly values are outlined on the "Find your apartment page" so please do review the options available in advance, this will help us ensure we are able to accommodate your preferences and choices in line with your personal requirements.
  • Household annual income must be equal to and at least 2.66 the annual rent value
  • Where a guarantor is required, the guarantor's income must equal at least 4x the annual rent value and they will go through referencing checks.
  • We are unable to accept anyone with an adverse credit record or with outstanding CCJ's
  • Applicants must provide Right to Rent documentation during the referencing checks
  • All documentation must the provided to the referencing company within 3 days of making a reservation and having your reservation approved.
  • In the event of a successful application, your holding commitment will be offset against your first month’s rent as rental credit. To confirm the reservation, a payment of £400 will be due on the day of your application as a holding commitment, which will remove the selected property from the market for you.

*By continuing to apply for an apartment, you agree to the rental criteria above and understand that the holding commitment can be retained in full, if your contract is not signed 14 days prior to the tenancy start date or if you have given false or misleading information that leads to a declined reference.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter of this competition is: London Communications Agency, on behalf of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (developers of Coppermaker Square). The promoter is registered office is at 8th Floor, Berkshire House, 168-173 High Holborn, London WC1V 7AA.
  2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  5. The competition is valid for followers of the Coppermaker Square social media accounts.
  6. The competition will open Wednesday 7th February 2024.
  7. The competition will close Thursday 15th February 2024 at 18:00 After this date no further entries into the competition will be permitted or considered.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. The rules of the competition and how to make a valid entry are as follows:
    1. Entrant must follow the @coppermakersquare Instagram account  
    2. The entrant must complete the following steps to be considered:
      1. Like the competition post on Instagram post
      2. Comment on the competition post tagging someone they would bring along to the panel event.
    3. If the winner(s) is not following the @coppermakersquare Instagram account, they will be disqualified.
    4. The prize pool is (10) ten tickets worth £40 each to the Main Character Energy panel event hosted at Coppermaker Square and (10) ten event goodie bags worth £50 each.                                                                                                                                                                                    1.Each winner will receive 2 tickets and 2 event goodie bags

      2.Each price pack is valued at £180 each.

    5. To be eligible to win the entrant must:
      1. Be available to attend the event on Thursday the 22nd February, from 5pm – 8pm hosted at Coppermaker Square 1 Cherry Pk Ln, Coppermaker Square, London E20 1NX.
      2. Agree to be featured in event videography / photography for marketing purposes such as the blog posts on the Coppermaker Square website, social media (TikTok, Facebook and Instagram), and media. Imagery will not be used for paid purposes.
      3. Have entered the competition as per the rules of entry stated in Section 9.
      4. Be over the age of 18 and a resident of the UK.
    6. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
    7. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
    8. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
    9. Winner will be chosen on Thursday 15th February, 2024, at random, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
    10. The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram or email by no later than Monday 19th February 2024. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 
    11. Employees or relatives of employees of the Promoter and it’s direct affiliates including Greystar and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield are not eligible to enter.
    12. The promoter is not responsible for any associated travel costs or liable for any injuries / incidents sustained as a result of travel to and from the event as part of the prize pack.
    13. The promoter and the parties it represents are in no way liable for any injury caused by use / consumption of the prizes.
    14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
    17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
    18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, META or it’s associated platforms (Instagram and Facebook). You are providing your information to London Communications Agency and not to any other party.
    19. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, London Communications Agency, and Greystar, including their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
