Please review the below criteria required to rent any of our apartments:
  • The apartment details which include the rental monthly values are outlined on the "Find your apartment page" so please do review the options available in advance, this will help us ensure we are able to accommodate your preferences and choices in line with your personal requirements.
  • Household annual income must be equal to and at least 2.66 the annual rent value
  • Where a guarantor is required, the guarantor's income must equal at least 4x the annual rent value and they will go through referencing checks.
  • We are unable to accept anyone with an adverse credit record or with outstanding CCJ's
  • Applicants must provide Right to Rent documentation during the referencing checks
  • All documentation must the provided to the referencing company within 3 days of making a reservation and having your reservation approved.
  • In the event of a successful application, your holding commitment will be offset against your first month’s rent as rental credit. To confirm the reservation, a payment of £400 will be due on the day of your application as a holding commitment, which will remove the selected property from the market for you.

Pampering Pets: The Newest Addition to Coppermaker Square

Attention all pet lovers and proud residents of Coppermaker Square! The long-awaited pet wash has officially opened its doors, and it’s time for our furry friends to indulge in some well-deserved pampering. Located in B1 in the Foundry Building, next to the Harrison Building Parcel room. This pet wash spa is designed specifically for our residents and their beloved companions, ensuring that every wagging tail and purring kitty receives the royal treatment they deserve.

As a resident of Coppermaker Square, you already know that our community is dedicated to providing the utmost comfort and convenience for both humans and pets alike. From spacious parks to pet-friendly amenities, we strive to create an environment where every member of the family feels right at home. And now, with the addition of our state-of-the-art pet wash spa, we’re taking pet care to a whole new level.

To launch the spa, we held a puppy yoga class-exclusive for our residents.

As quoted by the Sunday Times the ‘pet wash had opened in the basement of the building so tenants could clean their pets after walks. “Less than 10 percent of [rental] listings are pet friendly, so it was clear to us that this was something that could set us apart from the rest of the rental market,” says Penny Cameron, head of development at Westfield.

“American rental blocks started to install pet washes about ten years ago and it’s taken a long time for the London market to catch up.”
