Please review the below criteria required to rent any of our apartments:
  • The apartment details which include the rental monthly values are outlined on the "Find your apartment page" so please do review the options available in advance, this will help us ensure we are able to accommodate your preferences and choices in line with your personal requirements.
  • Household annual income must be equal to and at least 2.66 the annual rent value
  • Where a guarantor is required, the guarantor's income must equal at least 4x the annual rent value and they will go through referencing checks.
  • We are unable to accept anyone with an adverse credit record or with outstanding CCJ's
  • Applicants must provide Right to Rent documentation during the referencing checks
  • All documentation must the provided to the referencing company within 3 days of making a reservation and having your reservation approved.
  • In the event of a successful application, your holding commitment will be offset against your first month’s rent as rental credit. To confirm the reservation, a payment of £400 will be due on the day of your application as a holding commitment, which will remove the selected property from the market for you.

*By continuing to apply for an apartment, you agree to the rental criteria above and understand that the holding commitment can be retained in full, if your contract is not signed 14 days prior to the tenancy start date or if you have given false or misleading information that leads to a declined reference.

THE PROMOTER

  1. The Promoter is Greystar Europe Holdings Limited of 15 Finsbury Circus House, Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 7EB (the ‘Promoter’).

 

TERMS

  1. These standard terms and conditions (‘Terms’) constitute the entire agreement between a Referrer and/ Referred Friend and the Promoter with respect to the matters set forth herein, and no oral statements or prior written matter not specifically incorporated herein shall be of any force or effect at the time of entering the Promotion and/or redeeming the Reward.
  2. These Terms apply to the Promotion and by making a Qualifying Referral you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.

 

PROMOTION PERIOD

  1. The Promotion shall open at 9:00 1st September 2023 (the ‘Opening Date’) and close at 23:59 on 31st December 2023 (the ‘Closing Date’).
  2. All Entries (i) received after the Closing Date, and/ or (ii) that do not meet all Eligibility Requirements are automatically disqualified.
  3. For the avoidance of doubt, the Reward is not redeemable in respect of any other property owned or managed by the Promoter.
  4. The Promoter will not accept:
  5. Responsibility for Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or 
  6. Proof of transmission as proof of receipt of Qualifying Referral to the Promotion.

 

ELIGIBILITY

  1. For both the Referee and Referrer to qualify for the Reward, the Referrer must have notified the team at Coppermaker Square in writing of the referral, and also meet the following criteria (“Qualifying Referral”): –
  2. i. “Referrer”: A Referrer is a resident of Coppermaker Square who has an active tenancy agreement with Coppermaker Square

  • Has referred a Referred Friend bypassing the referral to the team at Coppermaker Square

“Referred Friend”

  1. The Referred Friend must
  1. i. Enter into a Tenancy Agreement with the Promoter at Coppermaker Square for a minimum 12-month tenancy
  2. Complete all associated paperwork and pass any checks required by the Promoter and
  3. move in by December 31st
  1. Pay their first full month of Rent and deposit. 
  1. Moved into Coppermaker Square by December 31st 
  2. Any terms not defined in these Terms shall have the same meaning as defined in your contract with Coppermaker Square
  3. In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim a Reward.
  4. By making a Qualifying Referral, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.
  5. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible for the Reward, and by applying for the Reward, you confirm that you are eligible to do so.
  6. There is a limit of one (1) Reward for the qualifying Referral and the qualifying referrer. Referrals on behalf of another person and/ or Referrer will not be accepted. For the avoidance of doubt, the Incentive will only be given to the person named on the Tenancy Agreement.

 

   THE PROMOTION

  1. The Referrer who submits a Qualifying Referral before the Closing Date will be eligible for a £500 Westfield Stratford City voucher.
  2. The Referred Friend who signs a qualifying lease and meets the eligibility criteria is not eligible for compensation.
  3. Compensation will be given to the ‘Referrer’
  4. Referrers that are eligible are responsible for all other costs and arrangements associated with their Tenancy Agreement, including any necessary travel documents, passports and visas.

ANNOUNCEMENT

  1. The Referrer who has successfully submitted a Qualifying Referral will be contacted by the Promoter within one month of their Referred Friend moving into the Property. The Promotor will clearly advise both parties how to claim this offer.
  2. Referrers will have 7 days from being notified to claim their Reward. If either party have not claimed their Reward within this period, the respective party loses their right to claim their Reward.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any Referrer and/ or entrant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Promotion and/ Reward except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any disappointment of any kind suffered by any entrant in entering the Promotion, including as a result of any entrant being rewarded or not rewarded with a Reward.

 

DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

  1. You agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the same and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
  2. You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.

  • By entering the Promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the Qualifying Referral may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the Promotion.

 

GENERAL

  1. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any Qualifying Referrer if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has breached any of these Terms or any applicable law. Each Referrer acknowledges and agrees that any failure to comply with these Terms could lead to the Promoter disqualifying that person, without the Promoter giving any reason for such disqualification or granting any opportunity for challenge.
  2. The Promoter reserve the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Promotion and/or Terms without notice and at its sole discretion where it becomes necessary to do so, including for any event that is outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control. Any changes to these Terms, or cancellation of the Promotion, will be posted on the Promoter’s website (www.coppermakersquare.com). It is the responsibility of entrants to keep themselves informed as to any changes to these Terms.
  3. This Promotion is subject to limited availability and will be available on a first come first served basis. The Rewards are not transferable to another individual and no alternatives will be offered.
  4. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including the Promotion), existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  5. The Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter, existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
