Please review the below criteria required to rent any of our apartments:
  • The apartment details which include the rental monthly values are outlined on the "Find your apartment page" so please do review the options available in advance, this will help us ensure we are able to accommodate your preferences and choices in line with your personal requirements.
  • Household annual income must be equal to and at least 2.66 the annual rent value
  • Where a guarantor is required, the guarantor's income must equal at least 4x the annual rent value and they will go through referencing checks.
  • We are unable to accept anyone with an adverse credit record or with outstanding CCJ's
  • Applicants must provide Right to Rent documentation during the referencing checks
  • All documentation must the provided to the referencing company within 3 days of making a reservation and having your reservation approved.
  • In the event of a successful application, your holding commitment will be offset against your first month’s rent as rental credit. To confirm the reservation, a payment of £400 will be due on the day of your application as a holding commitment, which will remove the selected property from the market for you.

*By continuing to apply for an apartment, you agree to the rental criteria above and understand that the holding commitment can be retained in full, if your contract is not signed 14 days prior to the tenancy start date or if you have given false or misleading information that leads to a declined reference.

Summer of Fun at Coppermaker Square

A Summer of Fun

 As the nights draw in and we swap our shades and sunhats for scarves and wellies, we remember some of the highlights from this summer at Coppermaker Square. From sipping cocktails to sound healing, our community events brought hundreds of people together over the sunny season.

Live Music and Mouth-Watering Food

Music lovers were spoilt for choice this summer, with a host of entertainment designed to get residents on their feet. Our two-day Big Weekender on 2-3 August kicked off with Sunset Sounds – with a live DJ and tasty cocktails. Residents also indulged their competitive sides by challenging their neighbours to a host of retro video games, from Mario Kart and Pac-man to air hockey.

The following day provided fun for all ages at the Coppermaker Square Carnival, featuring garden games, mini golf, circus performers, and a chance to have a go at juggling and other circus skills. Food vans selling pizza, candyfloss and beer provided the refreshments.

Keeping the party going throughout the summer, London acoustic band Third Light Trio brought their unique three-part harmonies and smooth sax sounds to Coppermaker Square during our Friday Night Live series. The relaxed evenings were a chance for residents to mingle and enjoy a drink with family and friends.

Celebrating Our Culture

Our dynamic community is part of what makes Coppermaker Square such a great place to live – and this diversity is reflected in our regular events. We had a blast celebrating Pride month with a sunny rooftop BBQ, complete with live DJ and top grill chefs.

And our annual Mid-Autumn Moon party invited guests to celebrate the Chinese harvest festival. Residents immersed themselves in this special cultural event, tasting pastries and mooncakes and enjoying traditional Chinese music. Participants also wrote their mid-Autumn blessings on lanterns and bookmarks, a custom that is believed to bring good fortune.

Something Different

We love switching it up, and our Murder Mystery dinner party did just that. The evening of intrigue – complete with a two-course dinner – gave residents the chance to be someone else for the night, as they transformed into sleuths to solve the ultimate crime.

For those wanting to prioritise their mental health, our monthly hour-long sound healing events, held in our yoga studio, are an opportunity to relax and relieve the stresses of the day. To sign up for our next session, check out our resident app.
